Missing Mountain Brewing Company is a Cuyahoga Falls brewery sitting on the banks of the Cuyahoga River. Committed to providing the local community and visitors an atmosphere to celebrate and enjoy the beauty of Cuyahoga Falls with great beer and great food.
Founded by award winning home brewers, Dave Bertolotti, Keith McFarlane, Danny Yagersz and Dan Kephart. The name, Missing Mountain, is to reflect their love for winter sports and the outdoors. As Northeast Ohioans, they love the region and all its fantastic outdoor opportunities. There are rivers, valleys, a National Park, great regional and local parks, and Lake Erie. As avid snowboarders and skiers, They felt the only thing that is missing is a mountain.

Zwickle Trickle | Pale Ale 5.6%
Our take on a Hazy/New England style pale ale. This beer is hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops.
Prince Juice | Fruit Beer 5.3%
She wore a raspberry beret! The artist named Prince or (Formally Known As Prince) inspired the name of this fruited ale brewed with lactose and conditioned on raspberry puree and vanilla beans. Think Raspberry smoothie. Not too sweet, not too tart. Somewhere in the middle! Enjoy!
Beach Loungin’ | Lager 4.5%
Beach Loungin’ is a refreshingly crisp, light, and flavorful lager. This thirst-quenching lager can be enjoyed anytime, whether hanging with friends, mowing the lawn, or just lounging at the beach! Enjoy the day; you deserve it!
The all-you-can-eat menu will consist of:
-Crawfish Boil – Fresh Louisiana Crawfish (delivered LIVE the day of the event)
-Andouille Sausage
-Shrimp
-Corn on the Cob
-Onion and Red Potatoes
-Collard Greens w/ Pancetta
-Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread w/ Old Bay Compound Butter.
All tickets are general admission and include the menu above, a Missing Mountain logo beer glass, live music from Max Razinger, and your first beer. Not to mention access to private party in the Syndicate beer garden!
7Thirty8 Apparel will be on site live printing event tee shirts from their mobile print truck.
