Pelvic Floor Seminar with Angie McAuley, PT

May 17, 2025 - May 17, 2025
LoCo Depot Training Station, 210 W Columbus Ave

Pelvic floor health isn’t just for the gym—it’s for life.
Join us, Saturday, May 17th at 9:15am as we learn more about how to start prioritizing your pelvic health.

Fun fact…everyone has a pelvic floor! This event is FREE and open to all.

Did you know your pelvic floor supports bladder and bowel control, core strength, and even sexual function? As our bodies age, these muscles evolve, and knowing what to focus on at each stage can make all the difference. Consulting with a PFPT can help you create a tailored plan to stay supported and strong well into your golden years.
