Get ready for our biggest event of the year!
Downtown Bellefontaine is about to transform into a tropical paradise for a full day of summer fun, community connection, and high-energy entertainment. Pineapple Palooza returns on Saturday, June 7 from 2 PM to Midnight, and this year’s event is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever.
From bounce houses and obstacle courses to ziplining down Main Street, Pineapple Palooza is packed with activities for all ages. It’s more than a street festival—it’s a full-blown summer celebration that brings together families, local businesses, visitors, and the entire community for one unforgettable day.
A Full Day of Family Fun
The fun starts at 2 PM with a wide range of attractions for kids and adults alike. You can:
- Ride a zipline through downtown
- Explore bounce houses and obstacle courses
- Meet animals in the exotic petting zoo
- Enjoy horseback riding
- Try your luck at the dunk tank
- Participate in line dancing, games, and contests
- Shop at vendor booths and the new Lil’ Pineapple Pop-Up Market
Attractions tickets are available for just $15, which includes access to all bounce houses, obstacle courses, and horseback rides. Want to fly over Main Street? Add the zipline for just $15 more—or purchase a zipline-only ticket if you’re just in it for the thrill.
Live Music & Headline Concert
The energy ramps up in the evening with live music, DJ sets, and performances throughout the night, including John Whitehead, Just Darcy, and Pete Moss. At 9 PM, don’t miss our free headline concert featuring Southern Summer, a country rock band known for their high-energy shows. Bring your lawn chairs and stay late—the party goes until 11:30 PM.
Little Miss & Mister Pineapple Contest
One of the most beloved parts of the day is the Little Miss & Mister Pineapple Contest, happening at 3 PM across from the courthouse. Kids will answer fun, personality-based questions in a friendly showcase with prizes for all participants. It’s free to enter, and pre-registration is encouraged.
Young Entrepreneurs Wanted
This year introduces the Lil’ Pineapple Pop-Up Market, a special vendor area just for kidpreneurs. Young makers, bakers, and creators will set up shop and sell their goods. It’s a fun way to support the next generation of small business owners.
