You don’t have to explain your softness.
You don’t have to fix your emotions.
You don’t have to “be okay.”
You are accepted here — fully, fiercely, and without condition.

Return to Her is a soft, sacred ritual for reconnecting with the truest parts of yourself. Through guided journaling, intuitive painting, and gentle nervous system work, we’ll explore what it means to soften without fear and to remember who you were before the world told you to be tough all the time.

 This experience is for women who are:
• Feeling overextended, hardened, or burnt out
• Craving slowness, softness, or quiet strength
• Ready to release control and reconnect to the feminine
• Longing to feel safe in their own body, energy, and intuition again
 You’ll be guided through:
• A series of gentle journaling prompts
• A meditative painting process to unravel internal “knots”
• Visualization of new neural and emotional pathways
• The creation of an intuitive canvas that reflects your healing

 You’ll also receive:
• A large canvas (20×24) to take home
• A softcover journal for continued reflection
• A hand-poured candle to anchor in the ritual
• Tea, soft lighting, and a safe space to land

You do not need to be an artist.
You do not need to be at peace before you arrive.
You are not here to be fixed. You are here to remember.

 We encourage you to come comfortable. Wear your clean, comfy clothes, whatever that is to you. Wear soft, wear feminine, whatever makes you feel safe even if that’s your oldest sweatshirt. We encourage you to bring clean blankets & yoga mats if you have them or want to. (It’s not necessary). You will be able to take off your shoes and paint standing, sitting in a chair or kneeling/sitting on floor. Turn your phones on DND. If you want to bring a drink and a snack you can. You are also welcome to bring any supplies you want to add as well, we will provide paint, some markers, brushes and tools but if you have a small connection to something bring it. You’re also welcome to bring any alter items or anything you need to get into the space.

 Come exactly as you are. Leave softer, fuller, and more connected to the feminine truth that’s been waiting underneath it all.

Tickets:
– $65 per person
– This event is sacred and because of the limited availability, we will not be offering any refunds. If you must cancel, please let us know in advance so we can fill your seat.
– No refunds for no shows.
– If someone in your party does not come, you may not take home their materials.
– You must be registered for the event to take the workshop; no same day registrations or walk-ins.
– 18 and older (You will be asked to leave if you bring anyone under 18 and it will make us all uncomfortable. Please Don’t).
– No Pets (You will be asked to leave if you bring anyone under pet and it will make us all uncomfortable. Please Don’t).

Free parking is available on West Columbus, there is a huge parking lot in the back of the building with free parking as well!

The City:
Downtown Bellefontaine is a beautiful place to spend the day! If you are coming in from out of town please plan extra time to visit all the best places! Tons of coffee, shopping, antiques, bakeries, and FOOD! We are also in D.O.R.A., so grab a drink and walk around! Feel free to email or dm for any local recommendations!
