We are very excited to partner Branch & Bone Artisan Ales for our 2022 Crawfish boil!
Branch & Bone Artisan Ales was born out of friendship and a passion for beer. What began as a hobby has developed into a love for beer and the community that shares this appreciation. From there, the curiosity and exploration of alternative brewing and fermentation techniques took hold. A desire to create a balanced and flavorful product at the highest quality possible while contributing our passion to the community that surrounds us has led to the founding of our brewery.
Our Branch & Bone draft line up for this year’s event will be:
Little Cloud
NEIPA 5.5%
This little IPA is brewed exclusively with Mosaic hops and features tropical and stone fruit notes with an overlying dank quality
Beach Bum
Sour Ale 4%
Fruited Joose Berliner featuring insane volumes of Pomegranate, Tangerine, and Pink Guava. This intensely fruited sour will make you feel like you you are on the beach with no cares left.
Prepare The Ground
Stout
Never before released. Info TBA.
Gorlami
Italian Pilsner 5.5%
Italian style pilsner. An emerging style of beer, Gorlami is a lager brewed with pilsner malt and noble hops, dry hopped with Saphir hops. This bright, crispy, floral hop forward pilsner was made for warmer weather.
The all-you-can-eat menu will consist of:
– Crawfish Boil – Fresh Louisiana Crawfish (delivered LIVE the day of the event)
– Andouille Sausage
– Shrimp
– Corn on the Cob
– Onion and Red Potatoes
– Collard Greens w/ Pancetta
– Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread w/ Old Bay Compound Butter.
All tickets are general admission and includes the menu above, a Branch & Bone logo beer glass, live music from Hebdo, and your first beer. Not to mention access to private party in the Syndicate beer garden! 7Thirty8 Apparel will be on site live printing event tee shirts from their mobile print truck.
