1st course: Deviled egg sampler 1 Bacon/Kimchee, 1 Maple Bourbon Salmon, and 1 Caper/Dill paired with Shoo-Wee Randy Shandy
2nd course: Jumbo shrimp, elotes corn salad, served over a corn cake paired with Pinot Grigio
3rd course: Farm beef brisket served over a warm fingerling potato salad, chimicurri, and blistered tomatoes paired with High Bank Bourbon
4th course: Chocolate Ganache garnished with a buckeye from Marie’s Candies paired with a Watershed Vodka cocktail
