Join us for Whiskeys Around the World in October. This event has a four course food pairing with four bourbons.
Whiskeys: Glendronach, Jack Daniels Single Barrel, Slane Irish Whiskey, Benriach
1st course: Glendronach (Scotland)
Brisket Sliders, smoked brisket, goat cheese and chive mousse, pickled red onions and cucumbers, microgreens on toasted slider bun.
2nd course: Jack Daniels Single Barrel (Tennessee)
Butternut squash ravioli with crispy pork belly, pine nuts, grilled asparagus pieces, tossed in a sage brown butter sauce, finished with pecorino.
3rd course: Slane Irish Whiskey (Ireland)
Guinness Beef Stew, braised beef, carrots, celery, onion, herbs, garlic, served on a bed of horseradish mashed potatoes, finished with crispy onion straws.
4th course: Benriach (Scotland)
Warm Apple Crisp, with ginger and oatmeal crumble, topped with churro ice cream from Whit’s.
General Admission Ticket: General admission will get you in for the whiskey and food pairing for dinner with the event completion at 8pm.
VIP Experience: The VIP experience starts prior to our event and consists of a small plate and a VIP bourbon tasting at our bar. This starts at 5:15 and ending at 6:00pm. Doors open at 5pm. After your VIP experience, you will be seated with general admission guests to finish the night with our whiskey and food pairing.
